The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in partnership with the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) developed the webinar Versatilities of U.S. Blueberries: Application in the Food Industry. The event will took place on October 26, 2021, at 3 p.m. (Brasília time) The event discussed the replacement of artificial color additives for natural ones in the food industry and how blueberries can be used as a great ingredient in the development of new clean-label food products.
