Versatility of U.S. Blueberries

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in partnership with the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) will develop the webinar Versatilities of U.S. Blueberries: Application in the Food Industry. The event will take place on October 26, 2021, at 3 p.m. (Brasília time).

The replacement of artificial color additives for natural ones has been a trend in the food industry worldwide and blueberries have been can be used as a great ingredient in the development of new clean-label food products. In addition to their color, blueberries have a great flavor and sweetness: a versatile ingredient desired by consumers around the world.
