The second edition of the Nutri Ingredient Summit (NIS) trade show will take place on May 24-25, 2022, at Transamerica Sao Paulo. NIS offers a technical congress and a business trade show focused on healthiness, functional, and nutraceutical ingredients for the food, beverage, and chemical industries.
The fair’s primary target audiences are food processing ingredients industries, importers, and distributors. The majority of the visitors are researchers, marketing professionals, nutritionists, buyers, and product managers. The event’s last edition took place in 2021 and was attended by over 50 national and international brands and had 2,000 qualified visitors. For the 2022 event, the organizers estimate the participation of over 70 exhibiting brands and 4,000 visitors.
USDA Participation
The Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) in Sao Paulo will host a USDA booth at the show to develop new contacts in the food ingredients sector, source potential importers of U.S. products, and evaluate the show’s performance to host a USA Pavillion in the future potentially.
