American Ingredients Showcased in Specialized Website

The Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) in São Paulo promoted American food ingredients in the Food Ingredients Magazine (FiB) in partnership with Cooperators. The articles contained promotional and technical information of U.S. ingredients with good sales potential to be exported to Brazil. Food Ingredients Magazine (FiB) has on its database approximately 55,000 professionals related to the food and beverage industry. The majority of the readers are directors (28%), researchers (22%), marketing professionals (15%), and buyers (11%). The articles was developed by:U.S. Dry Bean Council,U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council,U.S. Dairy Export Council. ATO also developed one article to introducing the USDA’s services in Brazil. ATO plans to increase its awareness among Brazilian food industry players. Therefore, the articles are intended to reach the greatest amount of buyers in the segment, and thus generating demand for U.S. food ingredients and developing new network connections.
