Educational Webinar – U.S. Bean Flour Innovation

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), in partnership with the U.S. Dry Bean Council (USDBC), will host the webinar U.S. Bean Flour Innovation: Application and Formulation in the Food Industry. The event will occur on November 17, 2022, at 3:00 pm (Brasília time). It will discuss applications and functionality in a wide range of products, such as snacks, baked goods, and other trends in the US, including dairy and egg substitution in formulations.
