The U.S. Wheat Associates (USW) held a technical webinar on April 16 on Solvent Retention Capacity Analysis. The objective of the activity is to train the attendees about this analysis and its application in mills, Cookie & Cracker plants, and bakery flours. The webinar was conducted by Mr. Andres Saturno, Technical Specialist at USW.
