USDA Endorses Anufood Brazil 2023
The fourth edition of ANUFOOD Brazil will take place in São Paulo from April 11 to 13, 2023. Due to the success of the fair in 2022, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) through the Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) in São Paulo will once again host a US pavilion. The pavilion will feature ten American exhibitors from the most diverse food segments.
For the 2023 event, the organizers estimate the participation of more than 600 exhibiting brands, 15,000 visitors spread over an area of 20,000m² of exhibitions. The fair will be divided into ten sectors: Agrofoods (fresh products and raw materials), Fine Foods (gourmet and delicatessen), Chilled & Fresh Foods (fresh convenience products), Meat, Dairy, Bread and Bakery, Beverages, Foodservice and Organic . In addition, the event will feature high-level conferences with industry and government authorities, where trends in the food and beverage market will be discussed. Surveys carried out by event organizers showed that 81% of surveyed retailers seek to update and renew their product range in line with consumer trends.
