USDA Brazil Provides Institutional Support to Cranberry Marketing Committee (CMC) in Brazil

On May 30th, U.S. Cranberry Marketing Committee (CMC) conducted a technical seminar in Sao Paulo, targeting the food processing industry and ood service professionals, including importers, food processors, restauranteurs and nutritionists. During the seminar, attendees learned about U.S. cranberries, from harvesting to export formats, nutrition and flavor profile, and potential applications in various food formulations and recipes. A few preparations featuring U.S. cranberries were tasted during the event. CMC was represented by Mr. Daniel ulerson, CMC Executive Director, and Ms. Shelby Sackett, Market Development Manager. ATO Sao Paulo participated in the event providing institutional support
