On May 30th, U.S. Cranberry Marketing Committee (CMC) conducted a technical seminar in Sao Paulo, targeting the food processing industry and ood service professionals, including importers, food processors, restauranteurs and nutritionists. During the seminar, attendees learned about U.S. cranberries, from harvesting to export formats, nutrition and flavor profile, and potential applications in various food formulations and recipes.
